NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Open up your package when you get it, do not wait to see if what you received is what you really wanted. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days. We do have a 20% restock charge on any order that you decide you don't want that is not defective in some way.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
You must call us for a return authorization number. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID
We will not accept any COD's on returned parts.

WARRANTY BY MANUFACTURER ONLY
If we did not manufacture it, we do not repair or replace it, the manufacturer does.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery. You have to tell the UPS person or other carrier, at the time of delivery, that the item is damaged the same day the item is delivered. You can not wait two or three days to file claim. The insurance on shipped parts is with the carrier, not MPS. The original box or package must be kept for the carrier to inspect. Don't throw anything away, keep it in the original box, with all of the packing materials.

DEALER PROGRAM

MPS has a dealer program available to legitimate motorcycle related businesses. A completed Dealer Application must be on file before dealer pricing is extended. You will lose dealer status after 1 year of no purchases.

All parts sold by MPS are for off road closed course use. They are not intended for use on public streets or highways.
